when do sarms magic hit?

I am doing S4 and cardarine and Im 26 years old, this is my first time using sarms. I have been on for exactly 1 week so far and nothing is happening in the mirror. I am doing 50mg of the S4 and 20mg of cardarine. just asking cause if i don't see results soon i will up my dosages to 100 and 40. thank you

you won't notice anything in the mirror after a week. give it the full 12 weeks and you should see some decent results assuming you are training and eat right

You do not transform in a week which has me worried that your expectations are way off base. Run SARMs 12 weeks and they will help you progress. The results come from dedication to your training and diet though.
