Had a question regarding Wheat products and water retention. One of my friends runs a gym and is very involved in bb competition. His wife has done very well also. I usually tend to listen to opinions from people that have proven themselves. So I was asking his advice to help Elana prepare for her first show. One of his suggestions was to stay away from wheat products. He said it tends to make women hold water. Her carbs do consist of very little wheat products, should we cut all of it out??
