Hey gang, i was wondering what everyone was doing now a days as far as training,I tend to jump around from Diffrent things after a couple weeks, i ahve an still do Insanity, Body Beast an tapout,
i do the 5x5 which seems to work really well,An I get into max ot training some, an i get into doing some of Ben Pakulski workouts, tried a ronnie coleman workout an it damn near killed me lol so put that on the back burner for a while lol, an i hate anything that has to do anything with Vince Del Monte, blah , he's as gay as a 2 dollar bill.

I like some of Christian Thibs routines, PHAT by Layne, GVT, 5/3/1, and the simple push pull legs 2x a week (heavy days n higher rep days)

My own program is what I like. When your a beginner or intermediate lifter I suggest you follow an established program and figure out what works for you. Once you become advanced you must learn to train off of instinct and what works best for you. I basically take things from multiple programs, and apply them to my needs and weaknesses. I adjust as needed depending on my current situation. Depending on your goals and current ability, I suggest you find a program that meets your needs and stick to it for 3-6 months. Then evaluate your progress and adjust as necessary or try something different. A few weeks is not enough time for a program to be beneficial. It takes months and years to make big gains. Be patient, work your ass off, and stick to your plan.
