What's your favorite buffet?

one time after working out me and some training partners went to Hong Kong Super Buffet and ate. its also my favorite buffet lately. is that training related enough? oh yeah i did 4 sets of getting up and filling my plate, supersetted with with figuring out why the hell anyone would want to use chop sticks, and thats why chinese people must be skinny.

We ate a Japanese Steak House the night before the Tulsa Meet (training related) and I remember thinking the same thing. I can use chopsticks...but why. And the whole "that's why they are so skinny" came to mind to.

Post your buffet PR's...

megad, I've been to fire and ice (the one in boston). It's awesome - all you can eat of all kinds of great food, like 20 bucks though. You put raw ingredients in a bowl and they grill/stir-fry it together for you. they have (raw) beef, pork, chicken, lamb, seafood, etc (all good cuts and fresh), veggies (including roast garlic, scallions, leeks, onions, as well as real veggies), sausages, lots of sauces, pasta and plenty of other stuff (burgers and ribs and pulled pork the time I was there). I'm planning on going there again in the fall a few times post-workout. need to be really hungry to get my money's worth, haha. Hate spending money on food

Damn. Thanks guys...........in an hour I will now be heading to China Buffet. Look out Beef and Broccoli!!!!!!!!!!

The World Buffet at the Rio in Vegas, Bellaggio's buffet, and the Mirage's buffet are the best. I usually don't go to buffets unless I'm on vacation.

the Golden Corral boo-faay is only 5 minutes from my house, 2 minutes from the gym. the serving area is kept clean but the bathrooms are discustin'. LOVE the ribs, liver and onions, and steaks.

there are a couple of good to very good chinese all you can keep downs in this area.

my overall favorite boo-faay is the Louisiana Purchase restaurant, a local place. they serve nawniz style food (shimp eaytoofay, shrimp creole, gumbo, dirty rice, meritons, okra and so on) that is DEATH to a diet:p :p :p......ask saint and kali!

CiCi's pizza mega load, a weakeness that i share with casavant, is too close to the house for my waist line's sake.

guess i'll never see a 32 inch waist ever again!:(

Furr's here in Dallas is like a cafeterua, except instead of $.60 for this and $1.25 for that, it's just $5 for all you can eat. Food is ok, not great. The worst thing is that, like most cafeterias, it is full of old people all the time...
