What's your calf size

Mine are a pathetic 15... I have big quads and upper arms, but calves and forearms? Damn do I regret ignoring them my first two years of lifting, I'm still playing catch-up!

I dont know if this is big, but my arms and calfs are both 17, actually my arms are 1/8inch bigger than calfs.

Well it means you've got good calves, lol. My arms are almost 17 now cold... 16.75, over 17 pumped. My calves are barely 15. They're not that small now, but they sure do lack compared to my quads. Wish my calves equaled my arms!

I have 16" calves but my arms are only 15.7"!! I've only been training 1 year though and my arms were 14" when I started, don't know about calf size then, definately a lot bigger now though!

a pathetic 15". ive worked my calves so hard i couldnt walk for days. i dont care what anybody says, its genetics. ive even done the synthol route, pumping 9 cc's a week into them which is the most painful thing ive ever done. ive been reading up on implants and there suprisingly cheap, around $1500. if you have the room they can add up to 2", but most people can only get an extra 1". if i could get mine to 18" id be estatic, def happy with 17". the screwey thig is my bis have always been a bitch but i have been able to find ways to make em grow. not the calves though.......

My calves are 17" (arms nearly 18"). I've only just started to work them hard & heavy because of chronic injuries. I put a good inch on in 2 months. One big problem is that it seems like hardly any gyms in London have any machines specifically designed for calves. The dumbass fitness manager will say "do one-legged raises on a step", but no-one built calves like that. Or they will say to use the smith machine or leg press, but when the hell are they free from pussies who load up with too much weight and do partials?!

I've had to use the hack squat machine (I've found a groove and it's not too bad) and also I've invented a great bent-legged exercise. The "Musketeer Press" (joke) involves sitting sideways on a bench with a 4"+ block on which the toes are placed. 25kg (55lb) plates are then stacked on my knees by a willing voluneteer, sets are done non-stop with about 4 seconds to add or remove a plate:

kg....reps
25 x 20
50 x 20
75 x 20
100 x 15
125 x 10
150 x 25 (about failure)
and then go to failure with every plate back down again.

Just one set of this will get me sore for a couple of days.

My calves will be 19" within a year!!!
