Great board!! I've been doin some reading, alot of knowledgeble heads out there. I've been training for the past 7 years on and off through my athletic involvement, it was always in season or out of season, which involved alot of strength training etc.
Now for the past two years I've tried to dedicate my time in the gym as a bodybuilder, which by no means I have learned is easy, I'm trying new workouts and diets all the time, of course TRYING to be as dedicated as possible.
But now I've been pretty serious for the past couple of months workin out with a trainer and being more consciensious about the diet. So that's why I'm here, the learning process of health and fitness is never over.
Alright just thought I'd say hello, and give ya a little background
