What sort of liquid was it? Clear, opaque? Was she naked at the time or is it possible that the liquid didnt come directly out of her body?

A woman does not lactate unless she is late in pregnancy and I think you would notice that. Also unless she is hiding a child somewhere.
Cancer is a possibility too. A woman doesnt squirt early in pregnancy either. She can leak before her baby is born...during the late late third trimester and after the baby is born.
