What's the test to arimidex ratio?

I've never used test nor arimidex. Can someone fill me in on the general ratio for test enanthate. I know everyone is different, but in general, how much arimidex how often to how much enanthate? Thanks in advance.

The usual dosage for arimidex is 1mg/ed.I think,if you aren't so much prone to gyno,this dosage can avoid test bloating and gyno up to 1000mg.
But take a box of nolva at hand

Seems like I've read .25mg arimidex per 200mg test. So at 500mg per week, you'd probably be fine at .5mg perday or even less.

It's usually .25mg/day at 500mg and .50mg/day at 750mg. If you are taking dbol or other aromatics you might want to increase it. I've found .25 is enough for me, though.

The best way to determine whats best for you, is to have your hormone levels checked mid cycle. Just because you don't have gyno symptoms and are bloated, does not mean your estrogen levels aren't high.

Good point, I bloat very little on 75mg's dbol a day, and 1350mg's of test, with no gyno. But my estrogen levels were high. To drop estrogen levels to an acceptable level took 2mg's a day, but it made no visible difference.

500 mg= 0.25 mg
750 mg= 0.5 mg
1000 mg= 0.75 mg
over 1000 mg= 1 mg

BTW this is very personal but this is how it works for me.

you ask for the test ratio, i believe it is somewhere around 7/3. if not, someone correct me. this is what you were asking right? i am not sure of the ratio on arimidex
