what's the quickest way to burn liver glycogen

2. Excercise 5-15 minutes each session.
3. Do this several times per day, evenly spaced.

That sounds like a good plan, but who has time to do #2?

this might be a good idea for me besides the fact that I have a regular 9-5 job that would prevent the several times a day part.
 
*exclamer* Can cause heart attack, lol. Seriously,.. its dangerous.

I've got a crazy glycogen burning routine if you'd like to try it.

Interval training. You'll eat up glycogen like never before.

1. Warm up. 5 minutes.
2. Get a skipping rope (or use speaker wire like I do)
3. Skip like you've never done before for about 1 minute.
4. Stop.
5. Rest 1-2 minutes.
6. Repeat.
7. Do 10 sets or more.

If you take your pulse you should be doing a minimum of 85% MHR preferrably 95% or over. This is a difficult routine but you say you've got little time. You'll be burning about 90-95% glycogen, 5-10% fat. Be careful and stop if you feel dizzy or lightheaded. Keep hydrated.
 
I was in last night....not even 2 days...some moderate cardio, and no r-ala. I did use some r-ala during my refeed, though.
