Used to do 35 minutes on 3 different machines (precor, stepper, bike) at about 80% max in the morning then at night i'd run 4 or 5 miles. Lost alotta weight doing that.
2 years ago, I went for a 1.5 hour walk, 5 days a week, plus post workout cardio for roughly 30 minutes, plus a big 15km run every sunday...
Not only did I lose a lot of weight... I turned into a skinny bitch... But I looked pretty good at my dads wedding.. lol
Lokk for a community center they usually have one. Or you can buy a heavy bag and some videos and train yourself. In was lucky enough to have a golden glove boxer as a brother and a good coach when I competed...
