whats the most cardio you have done on a consistant basis?

Used to do 35 minutes on 3 different machines (precor, stepper, bike) at about 80% max in the morning then at night i'd run 4 or 5 miles. Lost alotta weight doing that.

Same here man, sucks living in a small area when it comes to things like this.
 
2 years ago, I went for a 1.5 hour walk, 5 days a week, plus post workout cardio for roughly 30 minutes, plus a big 15km run every sunday...
Not only did I lose a lot of weight... I turned into a skinny bitch... But I looked pretty good at my dads wedding.. lol

These days I do jack shit for cardio...

Lokk for a community center they usually have one. Or you can buy a heavy bag and some videos and train yourself. In was lucky enough to have a golden glove boxer as a brother and a good coach when I competed...

My gym has a heavy bag and a speed bag, so what video(s) would you suggest????

1.5hrs kung fu, 1 hrs sparring one after the other


god that sucked. but eventually i could handle it. ,y endurance is down the shitter now though :(
 
30-45 minutes low intensity every morning on an empty stomach.

God it sucks.

1 hour Jiu-Jitsu rolling every Tuesday and Thursday.
