whats the most cardio you have done on a consistant basis?

i used to do 5 miles everyday. im thinking of getting back into that regimin again perhaps adding even more cardio


anyone else like to share what theyve done?
 
for a while i was really into cycling, over the summers i would do 70miles every other day. i stopped that though because it kept me skinny as shit. havent done any cardio whatsoever in a year now :p
 
30 min running, every other day. On a good day I could go 45 min or an hour. Working back up to it now - at least the 30 min.

Oh yeah, and on alternate days I would do hour-long aerobics with weights...kinda like BodyPump class (if Pump includes cardio) or circuit training.

cardio=yuck. the only time i really did any cardio consistently was back in hs when i did cc. i probably should start some running, though.

I box every other day 30-60 minutes, but I used to run 3miles every other day and box for 2 hours four to five days a week...

i would like to take up boxing, but i don't have anywhere to learn/train. :o
 
that seems pretty hard, maybe you should get into racing, you could make some money

I run every day for track, and cc
