Whats the diet look like?

When you guys cut how hardcore is your diet? I put on 22 lbs in my Test Cycle and kept 15lbs. Im guessing about 5 lbs of that is fat and I wouldnt mind losing 5 lbs if it is the fat that goes. I dont want to sound like an ass but Ive always been pretty lean and dieting has never been an issue for me. Ive always ate what I wanted and never got fat. Well now I have some fat not much but some. If I were to do a Test prop/Tren ace cycle for 8 weeks clean up the diet and maybe throw in some T3 could I actually gain muscle weight and melt that fat off?
 
It is possable to gain muscle/drop body fat at the same time but it's not easy. Your diet has to be spot on! I would focus on one or the other. Personally, when I'm dieting it's nothing to "hardcore" as I don't ever let myself get to a point where extreme dieting is needed. It'll be around 2300-2500 cals a day. High protein, Mod carbs, Mod fats and will usually take Glucorell R will all my carb meals. I let my Cardio/Training take care of the rest :)

i just eat clean and moderate. theres nothing to it really.
 
i've been eating very clean for 10 months, low/mod carbs, low days around 75g, mod days around 150,high protein, at least 250g/day,w/ good fats, carb up maybe every 7 days or so, cheat once a week, tons of water, lots of nuts. vitamins. eat 6 meals/day, 3, try for 4 w/ food, the rest shakes. glucorrel r before any meal w/ carbs, sesapure before first and last food meals of day. i was 256 about 18-20%BF 10 months ago, now 202 about 9%. i look totally different, smaller but yet kinda jacked, when i was on i looked sick, been off since aug. this next cycle will be first cycle ever where when started, i was already in tiptop shape. i can't wait. it took me 13 years of AS use before i really realized the juice doesn't make u, the diet does...then the juice!
