As long as there are no cuts in the mouth it shouldn't be too bad...but its very difficult to detect.

In the context of his comment about porn stars, once again, they have a good idea that their partners don't have the virus as they get periodically tested. But, not a good enough idea where a lot of them would take the chance of having unprotected intercourse.
Please don't laugh out loud at me. It hurts my feelings. Especially when it comes to whether or not porn stars get hiv through oral sex.
I believe porn stars get tested on a regualrly for STDs etc. But think about it practically how sexy would it look if a guy was going down on a girl with a dental dam on her kitty.

The man is wearing the condom to protect the woman not to protect himself. While it is possible for the man to contract HIV by fucking the woman it is highly unlikely and accounts for less than 1% of the cases and even that's questionable. The real threat is to the woman as most HIV is passed by semen spraying on abraised tissue.

How can it happen in oral when there isn't enough concrentration of the virus in saliva to transmit it and almost as little in vagina juices. If she was bleeding or on her period and the guy had and open sore in his month maybe but if they are doing oral in that situation they pretty much deserve what they get.
