Damn, you're right. But technically, pregnancy and hiv would be the reason to wear a condom. Those are things that can't happen through oral sex.

As long as there are no cuts in the mouth it shouldn't be too bad...but its very difficult to detect.

The risk is not just lower than vaginal sex, it is very low.(Saliva neutralizes the virus.) This is unless you have some serious open sores in your mouth or you plan on swallowing large amounts of vaginal fluid of someone who has full-blown AIDS. Being that porn stars get regularly tested for hiv, if someone pops it will be caught right away, not at the point that someone will have progressed to the point of a high viral load (or AIDS)

In the context of his comment about porn stars, once again, they have a good idea that their partners don't have the virus as they get periodically tested. But, not a good enough idea where a lot of them would take the chance of having unprotected intercourse.

Please don't laugh out loud at me. It hurts my feelings. Especially when it comes to whether or not porn stars get hiv through oral sex.

I believe porn stars get tested on a regualrly for STDs etc. But think about it practically how sexy would it look if a guy was going down on a girl with a dental dam on her kitty.
