What's everyone's favorite exercises?

What's your favorite exericises for:
Back
Chest
Shoulders
Arms

Mine are:

Back:
Sumos

Chest:
Bench, dips (head down, good stretch)

Shoulders:
overhead press

Biceps:
bb curl (biceps are not my fav bodypart to train (see my avatar!))

Triceps:
pullover (wish I could find heavier DBs tho)

?? you do pullovers for your tricepts? do you mean french press? or tricept exstention?

pullovers are for your back.. and little chest..
pullovers are kinda like a pull up in a way.. but different angle..

I like dips for my tries.. for upper back i like rows...

A pullover is a more brutal, heavier french press with a greater range of motion.

Yeah, it hits a lot more than tris (abs, serratus, lats, et c). It's a great exercise. I don't really do much specifically for tris but I do get very sore tris from heavy benching.

Doing very specific, isolated arm training is just no fun for me. Pullovers are fun.

My Favorites:

Middle Back:
Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows

Lower Back:
Superman

Lats:
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown

Chest:
Flat Bench

Shoulders:
Military Press

Biceps:
Preacher DB Curls

Triceps:
Skull Crushers

Legs:
Squats

My favortie exercise period has to be shrugs.

Back:
Tough one. Is a deadlift considered as just a back exercise? I'll go for conventional deads if it is otherwise I'll plump for power cleans at the mo with power shrugs coming in shortly afterwards. I have to add that I despise deads as much as I love them. I never get compensatory feel-good endorphins from deadlifts just the drain but they're really satisfying. Good-mornings are enjoyable, too. I've not yet found the groove with bb rows but db rows are cool and a good source of endorphins.

Chest:
Flat barbell bench no question. DB flyes are kind of fun to finish off with.

Shoulders:
Standing overhead BB press (any excuse to have to clean the bar to my shoulders).

Biceps:
I rarely work biceps but bb curl with a straight bar is the one.

Triceps:
A clear winner is skullcrushers with overhead barbell extensions coming in second (gotta love those cleans).

Legs:
ATF squats. Actually, squats to just above parallel are a lot more enjoyable but they're naughty so don't do them. Tried box-squats yesterday and I think I could grow (and) to like them.

Back: Wide grip Weighted Pull-ups (palms out). Also one-arm bent-over DB rowing (I consider Deads a total body exercise).

Chest: flat bench, mixed in with low incline bench occasionally. Pull-overs are great, but more of a supplementary exercise to a heavy press.

Shoulders: Lateral DB raises. I do presses first, but I really like the feel of the raises. Just because presses are more effective, doesn't make them my favourite!

Arms: Generally I just hit them indirectly when working back/chest/shoulders, but I'd say reverse BB curls for bicep/forearm development, and close grip bench for tricep are my top exercises.

And of course Squats for legs.

Back: DL's

Chest: Hate em all, although I am beginning to respect the bench a lot more

Legs: Squats

Shoulders: standing OHP

Overall - farmers walks and sled drags (and I imagine any other strongman implements I have yet to try out.) Nothing is better than being outside in the sweltering heat with a bunch of oddly shaped heavy objects and just kicking the shit out of every muscle in your entire body - the mind and soul taking the biggest beating. :)

Concentric Goodmornings-the bar is resting on chains or set on the pins in a power rack usually anywhere from 36-40 inches off the floor.Get under the bar and raise it from the bottom up position (concentric consists of only raising the bar)

band pulls are deadlifts with bands drapes over the bar

Chest:
Incline DB press

Back:
BB rows/deads

Shoulders:
DB press/upright rows

Bi's:
BB Curls

Tri's:
weighted dips

Legs:
stiff leg dl's, I really hate squats.

Back: T-bar rows in the corner

Chest: Incline DB Press

Shoulders: Standing OHP

Bis: Standing BB Curls

Tris: CG Bench

Legs: Leg Press

Back: Any kind of pulling - deadlift, clean/snatch explosive variants. If those don't count than definitely rowing.

Chest: I'll punt - maybe inclines

Legs: Squatting, and any variation thereof

Arms: never really gave it any thought

Back: V Bar rows

Chest: Incline

Shoulders: Lateral drop sets

Arms: Spider Curls or CG Bench.

CG Bench made my overall upper body strength grow enormously.

Back: Pullups

Chest: Low Incline Bench

Shoulders: Push Press or strict OHP (can't really decide)

Arms: BB Curls and skullcrushers

Legs: Any squat variation.

If I had to pick a favorite overall exercise, it would definately be the clean and press.

I dont know if there is a name for it or what, but I like to put 2 45's on the bench bar and do straight bar curls, then extend straight up and then I try to touch my back with it. If there is a name for it please tell1
