What's everyone got planned for this weekend?

I put nearly all my paycheck in the bank saving for a truck, so I doubt I'll be doing anything fun.

Fun stuff costs $.
 
gonna test out my new farmer's walks tomorrow morning
spring cleaning (holy geighness) tomorrow
work a bit
relax and watch a lot of golf and Yankees
 
Studying: Linear Programming; & Doing research re: new career path. Tired of doing attorney work and receiving non-attorney pay.

Sadly, that's what I usually end up doing... but then come Sunday I'm like, 'Eh, I'm tired...' :rolleyes:
 
I totalled up 18.5 hours of studying in the last two days. That's insane for me.

My plans are tonight - booze it up but not get rediculous cuz I gott be up to leave @ 10:15 tomarrow for the cubs game. I have my bottle ready to drink on the bus and we'll prolly hit some bars when we get to chi-town cuz we'll be early. I'll probably blackout around 5:30 or so.
 
Hanging with the kid most of the weekend. She wants to do a "Daddy-daughter night out" tonight. He main request was chocolate shakes w/fries. So I guess tonight I will start my cheat day. We may go mini-golfing or something after. On Saturday, I have an 8am meeting for work, followed by launching rockets with the kiddo. The Easter Bunny brought her some of those model rockets. One has a camera built into it that takes a pic at its peak height. She is really into science-type stuff, so she is all pumped about it. Then we are supposed to go down to my dad's place to help prep for a new deck he's putting in. Sunday we will probably hang around the house and do jack shit.

BTW, for me nothing exciting: Lot of laundry and crocery shopping tomorrow... Sunday, try to rest a bit, if our Sleep Deprivation Manager allows it

friday: late night shopping, house party is an option, hitting a club
saturday: lounge around the pool, work on a couple of projects, 30 minutes cleaning max, hotel room party, hitting the town (just for something different)
sunday: lounge around the pool again, probably watch a movie, maybe go out for a coffee and play some pool

nothing fancy, but potential to have a laugh :)
 
All this week is the Songkran water festival where people basically get pissed, drive their mortorbikes and trucks around and throw water at other people. This year over 300 people died on the first day (wednesday) so I think I'm gonna be staying inside away from the crazies.
 
Pwned my Psych exam today (suprisingly)...gotta calc-useless exam this saturday. Then the week after i got a chem and physics exam...first year blows (content wise). yup...and bate sessions of course, spread evenly throughout the days.
 
Manning the physics booth for some "Spring Fest" thingy where all the colleges and some of the organizations have tents of stuff relating to what they do.

I got stuck working with Grade C slimmies too, I was hoping I could at least have something to hit on to aleviate my boredom.

then sunday Ill veg on the couch and watch nascar

Sunday I will go to the church that I was miraculously led to and listen to the beautiful music as the congregation lifts their voices to the heavens. It is so spiritual and beautiful. I have to fight hard not to cry, especially when I think of the things God has done for me. I have been such an unfaithful, ungreatful man long enough.

Workout tomorrow AM, lifting. Tomorrow night Padres game.
Sunday AM cardio, do some shopping, then a Cinco De Mayo Party that night.

Going to a company happy hour to send off a buddy/coworker who is leaving for another agency. gonna take it easy - no drinks. but tomorrow night it's all going down.

Im going to go shop for a portable dvd player in the 10" range, so I can watch tv while I drive. Actually I'm buying it for a present for my daughter. But I love shopping for electronics stuff. I'm a guy. Its in my blood.

She's his last chance at redemption, his last chance to fuck someone half his age and enjoy it without guilt.

friday i was out on the town, went to bed at 10am
saturday (now) theres a party on a few blocks over with maybe a hundred and fifty teenagers (lol) then hitting the town to meet some people (:D) and on sunday, work on a couple of projects, maybe go to the beach in the day, wim in the pool, then have an evening meal on the waterfront

i love weekends ;)

Cool stuff.

My wife and I are giving a wedding shower and 40 couples are invited. I have been working like a dog all day trying to get the yard and the house in shape. Cooking 60 lbs of Alaskan crablegs in one pot. Also going to cook a Low Country Boil (shrimp, new potatoes, corn on the cob, Polish sausage) all cooked in the same pot and plenty to drink.:D

Starts at 7:00.:)
