What's best MRP for cutting?

I wanted to know what is the best MRP more specifically "RTD" for losing body fat, while maintaining lean muscle mass. Right now I'm using Myoplex carb sense RTD's and bars. Is there any better MRP's out there for cutting?

may I ask why you are using mrps and bars?
there are alot of better food choices out there but *IF* your only options are mrps etc then they're all pretty much equal
EAS, Metrx, labrada all do good, stay away from really cheap crap like protoplex.
If you're watching carbs check out labrada's low carb mrps
if you want pure quality, i think you can't really get better than prolabs but they are costly
Grow's pretty decent too (Biotest)
but if I were you, i'd try to get a propper meal if i could instead of an mrp or rtd

BFA is right. Real food is always better. However, the main reason for MRPs in my mind is that people who have busy lives with families, and careers often can not be worrying about a good "real" meal 6 or seven times a day. Shit you'd be cooking til 2 am every morning.

That's fine for some single guys/gals out there but what are you gonna do? Divorce your wife and kids so you have time to make your meals? MRPs are indeed handy when you are 5 min from walking into a boardroom to sit for the next 3 hours and you don't have time to sit and eat a real plate of food (or alternately sit in front of your co-workers "chowing down" at the boardroom table.).

Alot of people shit on MRPs and bars and stuff and that's fine. They are not great stuff. But they are a HELL of a lot better than some of the "on the go" crap you could be eating (or not eating at all). When I'm in a meeting, or busy with people at work I just excuse myself and go into the next room, and use a shake bottle to make a MRP and then drink it quickly and return. Takes less than 5 min and most people just figure you went for a piss or a dump. All better.

I use the GNC Mega MRP and while I'm not that thrilled with it, the price is right and it's "supposed" to have good stuff in it. I simply can't afford to spend a pile of money on the EAS stuff.

Griz i agree with you on the point that they are alot better than certain "healthy" on the go bar crap you can get and miles better than slimfast

heck people do get ripped drinking mrps i know this but they're just sooo expensive lol

Bro, get yourself a blender and a big fat box of oats and make your own mrp's. Throw some kind of combination of whey/casein protein powder in there, too. It'll be alot cheaper, and better than that pre-made stuff.

It's not a substitute for solid food, but I work in a restaurant (Outback Steakhouse to be precise), and don't get enough time during my shift to eat as many times as I need, so I bring those with me. I mix them in old water bottles and then just throw them away. Tastes like ass, but taste is second to proper nutrition sometimes.

Well unfortunately over 1/2 of my diet consists of MRPs. The other 1/2 consist of chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, soy burgers, vegetables, salads, and protein powders. I need more variety so I don't cheat as much and so I am not MRP dependant. Also, I'm not what you would consider much of a cook. Any ideas on other types of food I can eat, or good websites that talk about cutting nutrition?
