Im 5'11 and about 10% now. I need a goal to reach. I want to stay around 10% or less bf but somethig consistant that I can keep all the time. I want to look good but not freakisly huge. What Weight should I go for?
You will only be able to tell your ideal weight when you get there, everyone puts on mass in different proportions - I would shoot for around 200 to be 'noticeably' built , and maybe 210-215 to be impressive, but not yet freaky.
5'10" I would try to weight about 220, but this is my own opinion since I sufer from body dismorphism complex and at 5'7-8 I weigh about 190-5 and I think I look small. Damn those Probodybuilders... It really goes by the mirror and how comfortable you feel.
I'm 6'2" 245. My best friend is only an inch shorter and weighs 225. We both have low bf. Even though I have 20 lbs on him, he looks bigger than me. I've been 260 and still thought he looked bigger than me. It's just the way his body is proportioned. I have really wide shoulders, but my arms suck hard. He's got big arms and traps. Everybody's different
