Good idea for a thread.
Today was not really that great of a diet day for me. Not that I ate poorly, but because of my schedule I'm not getting my 7th meal in and I'm rushing to get the last two before bed. I would normally eat 6 eggs and Ezekiel toast as my first meal. Also not enough greens today
This is what I've had.
Meal 1
1 scoop whey iso and a piece of cantaloupe upon waking. 15 minutes later 3 oz of whole wheat pasta, 8 oz of lean ground beef meatballs, 1/2 cup pasta sauce.
Meal 2
8oz chicken tits, 2 cups brown rice, green beans, 2tbsp sweet and sour sauce
Meal 3
50g whey, 60g oats, 2 tbsp ANPB shake
During Workout
1 serving of SizeOn. 10g pro, 40g cho
Meal 4 PWO
8 oz chicken tits, 2 cups white rice, 2 tbsp citrus/orange sauce, 1 golden delicious apple
Meal 5
1 scoop whey iso, 6 whole eggs scrambled
Meal 6
50g whey, 2tbsp ANPB, 5g fish oil
this breaks down to ~300g protein, 350g cho, and 85g fat. I'm 205-210 and trying to add lbm.
