N NateDogg New member Dec 5, 2001 #3 If I drove to the gym, I walk for 10 minutes. Otherwise I bike the 2 miles or so to the gym. Perfect warm-up! NateDogg

F FitnessFrk New member Dec 5, 2001 #5 if you are training in the am I would definetly do 10 min or so to get the blood pumping and to be a little more awake before slinging weights around. but at night, unless training legs I would go right to a warm up set for the first target muscle.
