what veggies shal i use

heyy i dont like veggies at allll so im going to blend them down and add them 2 a omelette what veggies shal i use as i wont b able 2 get 2 much inn thank youu
 
thanks a bunch dude a eat fruit jus cant stand veggies bu ill blend them in a omelette an sum chillies 2 haha

thanks again bro ive been out an got a load of brocoly spinach and green beans an sum red chillies my ommlete best b ok 2 eat haha
but i was wondering jus so i can get even more in would i b ok blending these an drinking them 2 so i can get more in thanks
 
no problem, it takes a while to get used to them but then you start to like them also you don't need to stuffed yourself w/ them, a decent amount of greens w/ at leas tree or four of your meals will do
 
heyy bro i really have tried getting my veggies down but really i cant there vile 2 me as ive raisd my self eating tasty fast food junk and sugery crapppp its only now im trying for a lifestyle change not just a 2 month diet.. so what i did is made a green veggie smooth with some fruit to and heres how my diet is looking right now...


7 am wake upp-
jogging on a empty stomach (slow fat burn jog)
8 am 1st meal
porradge and a egg protien shake
11 am 2nd meal
smootie, 2 big handfulls of spinach, 6 cloves of brocoli, handfull of green peas, apple, orange and some other fruit a table spoon of penut butter.
1.30 pm 3rd meal
chikken breast cutt up with rice coverd in a hot chilli sauce. a no xplode or superpump.
2 pm waight training,
mon chest an tri, tue back an bie, wed rest, thur shoulders n traps, fri legs and rest the weekend mayby some light cardio is i feel fresh.
4 pm 4th meal
whey protien shake, banana and another smootie same as earlyer one. a creatine size on.
7 pm 5th meal
chicken & cheese ommelete, (5eggs splash of milk some sea salt a chikken breast chopped rite down coverd in cheese with c hot chilli sauce on)
10.30 pm 6th meal
casion protien shake.
11 pm bed time
wake up the next morning an start it all again

i wanna ad some flax seeds to my smoothie aswell.
 
also on your 4th meal witch is the P/W meal you are only having whey as protein and whey gets digested really fast and you are living yourself with no more protein after that, so have your shake right after the workout and 20 minutes later have some solid protein meal.
go easy on the veggies go little by little and slowly you'll get to like them remember that they will help you digest your prot and carbs better hence better muscle growth.
 
thanks bro u think my smootie that i have then i should drink it in half glasses so i have four a day rarther than in pint glasses an having 2 of them its veggies with four meals then rarther than 2 thanks for all your help bro
 
yeah you should split it in four and as you get used to them up the amount but don't go crazy as Joe said a handful of green veggies should suffice.
