What to do when you are sick?

Im bulking at the moment but caught something yesterday. I have a fever and haven't been able to train today. As you can imagine, my appetite is like shit and I'm basically force-feeding myself every 3 hours.

What do you do when you are sick? Do you eat less than you usually would or force-feed yourself to eat the same amount as you would if you were not sick to ensure you do not lose LBM? Any advice for ways to get calories in when eating is the last thing on your mind?

Thanks.

The best thing to do is get some sleep/rest. Stressing out will make it harder for you to recover...and what good are you in the gym if you're well fed, yet you are to weak to get through your intended lifting schedule?

No need to force feed yourself. I would drop down to maintenance calories - and even a day or two below maintenance is fine. I agree with flowerz....just take it easy and recover as quickly as possible.
