This isnt a "how do I best execute an illegal transaction and get away with it" forum.
Its a "what is the law given this set of facts" forum.
no threads along the lines of "where is LE focusing now, whats the best way to smuggle a package in, etc etc etc)
sometimes its semantics, sometimes its all in the phrasing.
