What the hell should I do?

Hi guys

I'm coming off my 12 week test e and tren cycle. Have been doing 250 mg test two times a week and tren a 100 mg twice a week. But I have been sick with the flu, moved to a new apartment, my daughter has been sick and the wifey. I haven't been training more than 1 or 2 times per week, sometimes even less. My diet has been good considering all the above mentioned shitness. I'm doing my pct next week, when I come off. My gains have been zero to non, although I have been keeping my previous gainz, just haven't been making any. How should my training schedule be like? I haven't been stressing my nervous system and body in general that much during cycle, so should I go full frontal with my training or just I ease up and train according to an off cycle schedule?

To me there is no difference between the training effort off cycle and on. They are both to the max everytime.
Were you taking arimedex and HCG on cycle? You were using tren, a 19 Nor, it can be rough on you with some nasty sides. What are your stats? How long cycling? First time with tren?
Also you should wait 2 weeks after you finish your cycle before PCT. the AAS is still in yourr system and you will still make gains.
What is your PCT, nolva and clomid?
 
This was my first time running tren. Have been running 12 weeks next week. Yes. It was that kind of tren. This was my first time running it, but the sickness got to the whole Familiy, so it wasnt sides from tren. I'm sure.
I haven't been running hcg or arimidex on cycle, but my pct plan - 2 weeks after cycle of course - consists of hcg and clomid for 40 days.

I'm 172 cm tall, 80 kg (170 lbs app). Been cycling for 12 weeks now, but haven't been running anything since last summer. Needed a break. My lever couldnt handle more after a cycle with some orals.
 
I highly recommend that you do not use HCG PCT. hcg on cycle keeps you producing test. PCT with HCG is counter productive IMHO. During PCT you are trying to get your hormones and body back to normal. Taking HCG will artificially have you prodicing test which is just the opposite of what you want.
Always recommend arimidex on cycle.
You are using a a 19 nor and no arimidex nor hcg. Forget about intimacy for aw,hile.
My recommendation is nolva and clomid during PCT. nolva 40/40/20/20/20 and clomid 100/100/50/50/50.
You have just shut down your system hard . It will take awhile to recuperate.
 
If you have not made any gains, there are three possibilities:
1) your gear is fake
2) your diet is not adequate
3) your workout is inadequate

Only you can determine which one it is.

during PCT and recovery go lighter than norm. let body recover and dont stress muscle too much.
after this i would train heavy, same way. but dont over train and ofcourse focus on diet.


I been in same place this year man, i feel you.. one thing after another that left me unable to really train,,, did almost a whole cycle without training much the last one... sucks... but sometimes shit happens and you need to let the body rest and pick up where you left off.
 
Taking spurts of HCG in PCT does have it's benefits. I do not recommend taking it right through, though. It does 'trick' your body into producing test and sperm by manipulating the testes as it 'mimics' the LH pulse sent by your body's pituitary gland. It assists in raising test, albeit not naturally, but it's, IMO, better to use it than not at all, as you feel better using it sporadically during PCT than not.

Sometimes life happens ... and it is not as if it is sitting around 'waiting' to happen when you can afford for it to happen. :) Like J_P said, ease off a bit during PCT and then pick up again on the training after. Just keep in mind that you won't, if your gear was legit, be able to lift then like you did when on cycle, but still train to max weight shifted per training session and to failure every time.
