If you can't get it up while beating off then you have a physical problem, if everything works while you are alone then it is in your head.

I only had this problem at your age. Don't think that lack of starch only happens to old guys. I have never had that problem after about age 19 or 20, but since age 20 or so I have never had the occasion to be particularly nervous. It always seemed like nervousness caused my problems.

Also you don't have low testosterone so don't get hung up on that.

Performance anxiety could have been why...it happenes

stress, depression both can have an effect

sleep.....if you are physically exhausted you may have problems
