What should take for PCT ???

With that suppressive of a cycle, you want to make sure you have a PCT that you can recover with. Deca is the hardest drug out there to recover from. Don't take PCT lightly, and I have a great suggestion for you

Nolva: 40/20/20/20/20/20
The main difference in my pct with deca or tren is I add 2 weeks of just nolva at 20mg/day as the 19nor are difficult for me to recover with.
Keep it simple and effective IMO and stick with something like this. Also very important- incorporate HCG on cycle. 250iu's-2x/week up to 3 days pre pct. It works wonders for recovery.

Im thinking whats da reason for acne?
1. To much test (500mg/w)
2. Fake enanthate
3. Didn take HCG
4. To much dbol (30mg/d)
5. 12weeks is long cycle
6. Fake clom and nolva
What should be my next cycle to avoid acne?
Lower dose test E or take a test Prop
Use arimidex/aromatisan during da cycle
Use primo/winy/masteron... And shorter cycle 8-10weeks maybe?

M facing the same acne issue. Though mine started after 3 weeks of my last pin. Started my std pct after 3 weeks of last pin. Wud love to know how to avoid it in next cycle.

My friends here is a fairly cheap protocol for combating acne. get some B5 capsules,start with a dosage of one gram, depending on your size and bodyweight this is a good starting point, due to your body specs you will see if you meed more (500mgs) added or cut back the same dosage after running one gram for 4 weeks, this is a good dosage to get started at.

Wow bro that is cystic acne. are you using salicylic acid bodywash (2%)?
Try to get and keep hormones as stabilized as possible. Hormonal fluctuations can cause bad acne flare ups. Quite often when hormone levels are kept stable the acne will go away. I hate antibiotics for acne and really hate accutane but if I ever saw a case that might justify its use it is yours.

Accutane is bad news. That being said, I got a thread going "accutane log" sometimes the benefits just outweigh the risks. The cystic ones hurt like a bastard and scar like crazy, I had about 60 all on my back and shoulders, looked like damn frog-skin, hurt, bled, pussed. Sorry for the graphics, but enough was enough

Disnt get acutan cause my deramtologys say thats will be last option. Im use a lot benz prerox and sanic acid b5 alooootttt and vit A... But still got it a lot.
Im thinkin what was reason??? WhT to do to not happ again on da next cycle

me too. accutane is very toxic.Should always be used as a last resort
Accutane is nasty stuff bro. It has some serious sides, way more serious than many steroids side effects. It is good to be prudent with everything you take but I totally understand someone viewing accutane as a last resort. Heck look at what your Dr said - he said that for a reason man.
