no matter what i do, thousands of situps crunches etc i cant shift the little bit of shitty fat in my lower abs, its not loads but how should i go about toning/flattning my stomach??
That area is the last to go. Whats your body fat%? If you don't know go get it checked write it down some where you can see it every morning. In two months go get it checked again. Set some realistic goals and you'll achieve it but you need a plan. Its all about the diet and cardio theirs always something you can do.
