What protien bars would you suggest?

I travel a lot therefore, I often bring iso whey, and protien bars. The protien bars I take when I am stuck is Protien Edge, there are low fat and low carb, 230 calories, 5 grams of fat and 7 carbs.

When I am offseason I like myoplex light bars. If I am being tight with my diet I carry tuna packs with me and almonds pre measured for 1 oz. servings.

Talk to Needto - he may be able to make something special for you. He's an elite executive mod and a very good chef. He also has a supplements company with awesome protein bars.

Better protein bars. Needtobuildmuscle.com are real good. 100% all natural and you can change them up to fit any need.

Yup and they would travel well too if you made them in advance and then bagged them up! Otherwise, I do pretty much the same as Superqt and bring chicken or tuna packs and almonds when I travel.

I work on an ambulance=s no fridge or stove. I would suggest need2's bars or tuna packs. I also keep small bags of nuts or veggie bags in a little lunch box with a cool pack.

ZERO IMPACT from VPX.

These bars have so much garbage in the though. Not natural. Also with the lebel tricks they pull they mostly fill them with nothing but soy protein and other things most people do not even know about. I have no idea how they get away with calling it health food.
