Okay, Just wanted to show ya'll how much you've helped me with sharing your knowledge....

Things I've learned.......

1. To get results, I need to lift HEAVY and Consistantly.
2. U can do all the ab exer. in the world, and still look like crap, if u don't get your bf% down.
3. Naturally, I can't look like Hulk, so don't worry.
4. Training doesn't make up for crappy diet.
5. No pill will get me where I need to go.
6. To lose fat, I need to eat.

Just wanted to let ya'll know what I've learned from u in the past month.

You have just summarized & blown 5 of the top food myths that are making the US fat.

One comment about lifting heavy -- depending on your goals, you don't necessarily have to lift heavy. Lighter lifting but still w/ reasonable weight can be used to add definition to already strong muscles. (E.g. contest prep)
 
Always something new and enlightening. Should I change from lifting high weight/low rep, to medium weight/High rep, like every eight weeks or something, just to change up????
