I have a couple. I love training delts and back. I never used to have delts a couple of years ago and I've trained them hard and heavy and now I finally have a little cap. Back because I think it is one of my better body parts for bb'ing.
Legs/glutes......and shoulders. I have to be careful to not overtrain those.....since they are my favorites. I would have leg day every day if I could.....lol!
