Not meaning to be rude 38DDDD....You say they are real but I can see the outline of a bag and real ones do NOT stay towards the middle when laying down they go off to the side. I just want to know how its possible to KEEP DDD breasts while working out/losing bodyfat?
ALL my friends who HAD natural DDs before training now have deflated pancakes that can fit into a B cup.

I don't think you can keep them if you're loosing a LOT of bf. I was a DDD a year ago...actually a J cup a few years ago...now I'm missing my bigger titties as I'm down to a D, but will get them fixed up in Feb. after I'm at the bf% I want to be for a while. The things women have to deal with! Arghhhhhh!

Breast size doesn't really mean much without knowing the other pieces to the equation. Ex: 38DDD generally indicates she has a big back. Whereas a 34C might look even larger, if coupled with a trim/tiny waist, and proportional hips.
What we don't see in 38DoubleDamnGood's avatar, is her pushing her "natural" breasts up from underneath with her hands. How do they look standing naturally? My ex had a breast aug, and they look much better than they did prior to going under the knife.
 
i agree with glootz.....most natural breasts that are very large are going in proportion to a larger body.

before i started working out, i was a 36d, i lost em down to a small c cup. i didn't look right, so i had mine done back up to a 36d/dd, depending on the bra. looks normal again.

When you say you had them done back up, did you just get implants or did they do a lift as well? Did you get the implants under or over the muscle? I'm planning on doing this myself in a few more months and would appreciate any input from experiences you ladies or guys can give me.

i thought i needed a lift, i was told i didn't. i saw a couple of docs and they all said the same thing. they also said that i was able to take a bigger implant easier because i had larger breasts in the past. I went under the muscle. i've been very happy with my results.

mine also never rode real high on the chest like some smaller breasted women's do after they get them done. i think it was due to my size before. they did drop a little, but not much. most people don't even know i have them unless i tell them. because i worked out, i didn't experience very much discomfort either. i had it done on friday and was back at work on wed of the next week. my incision was under the breast, the scar is barely noticeable. overall i'd say it was the greates thing i ever did for myself.

A lot of times women who think they need lifts don't. If there is excessive drooping you can put it over the muscle to fill out the skin and you still won't get the dreaded grapefruit on the chest look. Minor droopin, a larger implant under the muscle but with EXTREME droopin you have to get the lift or the breast will still sag on top of the bag.......the bag will sit on the chest but the skin will hang from the bag. Not an attractive sight.
