go to chinatown or an asian market
get a package of dried chilis labeled hottest chilis
they are dried thai bird chilis
red dark small and thin
roast them in the oven til they are dark
then pulverize them in the blender
at the restaurant we had fish sauce and hot & sour soup but you could just use water and abit of salt or soy sauce
i like to throw some fresh garlic and lime juice in
that makes possibley the hottest hot sauce i've ever had other than chili extract

i find nothing is hot enough now
i experiment at work to try to make hotter sauces but have pretty much exhausted all combinations of habanero/scotch bonnets and thai bird chilis

making my own lately
using scotch bonnets, chipolte, thai chilis, white peppers and a secret ingredient
