Well..in light of mainly only training for strength and not really training my lats at all...I still think that my back is my best bodypart. My legs are extremely lean and well shaped...but my quads just don't get a lot of work with my strongman training:(.

What do you think is your best bodypart?
What bodypart do you want to improve the most?

Bfold you should make the transition to hypertrophy training aka bodybuilding for at least part of the year.....you got the frame for it bro
 
Maybe I should say that my best bodypart is my erectors..haha. They look about 6" wide in that pic. I have almost no lats...maybe I should train them.

I used to train for size a lot...and looked a lot better. I then realized that on contest day...it didn't matter how good I looked, it only mattered how I performed. My events don't build a pretty body but they do build one that is good at those events.

hey easy with that pose, you might eclipse the sun! jeesus. HYOOG mang. I'd say right now, my best body part would be my quads since I love working my legs so much. next would be my back because it is deep, but not too wide.
 
I neglect my quads really bad, but they are still probably my best bodypart. I have never had problems packing mass on them. In fact, I've started hitting them hard again, and they grew half an inch even though I'm cutting. I wish the rest of my muscles were like that.
 
i'm definitely going to have to say my third serratus anterior from the bottom on the right side of my body. i have compared it with all the top professional bbers around the world and it can hang with them all. no one in my gym can even come close to it. i'm like a local celebrity because of it.
 
At this point I'm going to go with my chest, and or arms. I already posted this but I don't have anything more recent. I've gained about 10 more pounds since then.
 
for me its all about the same,back is probably the best though which doesnt say much because im not where i want to be,in the last few months off of training i lost my abs,my quadsweep and definition all over,and im pissed,but give me till june and i hope to be back to where i was

i think my best part could b my shoulders....and i never work them alone, or do ne shoulder pressing or lateral work.
 
beastboy, stats in the pic were:
5'9"
205lbs
arms 17 1/2 cold, quads just under 27", chest 47, waist 32

stats now are 215lbs, not sure about the other measurements
 
well............ since i have 32 inch thighs on a 5'10 frame i guess i will choose them............. but my upper back and tri's arnt too shabby either.

Actually I thought that the comment was funny, but apparently I was the only one who thought so. I tried it out on my wife and she did not think it was funny either. Oh well if you throw enough spaghetti against the wall something will eventually stick.
