I dont understand what is wrong.. after losing about 2 percent body fat from cutting, i have come to a complete halt in my fat loss efforts. I have tried cutting calories.. from 2200 to 2000 to 1700 and i am to the point where i am about 9.5x my bodyweight. I weigh 175 5'10 14% bf. doing HIIT 4 times a week and lifting 5 days a week.. yet i am stalling. Im doing a 40/30/30..eating real clean. Im thinking about doing 1 hour of morning swimming cardio 6 x a week + HIIT 5 days a week if i dont drop some fat soon. Any suggestions please post.. im desperate.
