For me it was when I went to this REALLY fine girl's house to pick her up...she answered the door in this tight black dress.

I non-chalantly put my hand down on my pants to "adjust" myself...and found out my fly was open. Her Mom was standing right there.

Nothing embarrassing, but I've had something happen that would piss anyone off. WHen I was 16, at the drive-in I left to go to the bathroom and get some food and when I got back she was giving a friend of mine head in my car.
