I was on for 11 weeks

Fonz was on for near 6 months but he is anal about proper supplementation and bloodwork. I wouldn't suggest it to any non-rocket scientists. For me 6 weeks is where the benefits level off so I stop there.

6 weeks for me and that was enough. I guess some people can stand not being able to sleep but not for me.
