what is the least amount of time....

to wait to train after a meal? i always thought it was 1+1/2-3 hours but am trying to start sessions 45 minutes to an hour after eating...
 
Depends on the person. I personally like to get a meal in about 45 min prior, just so my workouts are energized
 
Ditto. About 45 min. to an hour for me, although I've eaten a half hour before without seeing any difference.

try to gage by how large your meal is. When i do cardio in the morning a eat a light breakfast and 30 minutes later i am ready to go. The more you eat the more time you need to take to absorb some of the minerals and nutrients....then go blast out 45 sets of squats till ya puke!!!! :D
