I absolutely detest cardio. Just shoot me now.
My worst would be lat raises because even though I do a fair amount of weight in other shoulder-oriented exercises, I cannot seem to do above 10 lb. dumbbells. Hurts my elbows. Very embarrassing. I feel like a girly girl. Oh wait, I am one.
Most embarrassing exercise are pull-throughs. I feel like one of those girls in the skin mags. You know those pics where she is looking over her shoulder and waving between her legs? Great exercise, though.
