What Is The Best Cutting Agent For Me?

I am 30 lbs overweight. I am semi active and want to get back into being more active but my weight has hindered me my knees or sore and I want to know what has been the best cutting agent and I also want to know if it is to soon for me to start some kinda cycle. Thanks. :rolleyes:
 
Diet and cardio. . .and they're free! :)

Any compound, used properly, will help to retain/build muscle while you're cutting.
 
Training history ? Stats ? Ever used AAS before ? Your best training "agent" would be diet. A solid diet, good routine and a Thermo would be your best bet to loose the un-wanted lbs. I suggest you have a look at the AF store, they have some excellent products to help aid in fat loss.

assuming ur diet and training are in check and u do cardio. id go with 50mg of winny every day for a month to 6 weeks. i had a friend loose 60 pounds doin 50mg every other day for 2 months.

how do i take it?
taken in morning and at noon
some add evening dose but i couldnt sleep
three weeks and it loses some potency but you could continue longer, i go 5 weeks
cycle off four weeks and start again
i say 4 weeks because you want to take a week (at least)reducing dosage systematically to avoid caffeine withdrawl headaches (think 18 hour migrain mabey longer)

why does it work?
raises metabolism so a body at rest then burns more calories
gives you energy so you do more, burning more calories
curbs appetite so you eat less

conclusion
ive seen people lose lots of weight using this and changing nothing in there lives. if you work to lose while on this you will like the results

eliptical / ski machines etc

How much winny and what d0 i look for? I am adout 20 percent bf I weigh 200 and I want to get down to 165 strong. I am new to this game. 36 yrs old
