I am not a believer of losing fat AND being purely "anabolic" at the same time, even when I'm on cycle. I either go into full bulk mode, or I utilize anabolics and/or thermogenics whilst cutting to maintain the mass while also burning fat stores. Some will argue that they can gain mass and get ripped at the same time...I believe it to a degree, but I do what works for me...you should play around with diet and training until you find what works for YOU. The only thing that will remain a constant through dieting, whether for adding mass or burning fat, is that protein will always remain high no matter what.
