Hi.
Since cardio training burns calories, i just stopped doing it because i need every single calorie i can get because i WANT to gain mass.
What advantages does cardio training give me? is it somehow related to building up muscle mass? or is it just related to the blood cycle and heart and the like?
Should i do cardio training when i'm doing a mass building program? or only in endurance programs? or never?
