You must get a physical or at least know that you have no high blood pressure or heart or vacular problems or you might just kill yourself. These and viagra raise your blood pressure so take them with precautions or preferably by precription only. Cialus won't get you hard if you are impotent and cannot get a hard on, but if you can get it up they will help keep it up. might be wrong with cialis, but when taking viagra you have to have sexual stimulation to provoke a hard on in the first place, and it makes it easier to maintain a hard on, if you dont play with it or have a girl play with it, no hard on...
