What I manage to eat–Please advice

So this is what I can manage to eat so far. I'm 19, and never really eaten much. I'm 170lbs (good build I think, will post pics when I can) and 5'11 tall. Please advice me:

1. Maybe some corn flakes with milk of course
2. 5 scrambled eggs only use 2 yolk (I can eat more as I noticed on another post for bulking I should eat the yolk). I think I'll increase this to 6 eggs if I can eat'em up. I sometimes add in Turkey Ham (3 slices). I drink Orange Juice alongside, I love orange juice, is it bad if I drink a lot of it?
3. 50g Protein shake with water
4. 2 cans of Tuna with veggies and 1tsp of Mayo
5. 50g Protein Shake again
6. 1 can of Tuna

Notice I didn't order these right. I do eat fruit, a couple of bananas a day and mangos and anything. I love every fruit. Sometimes I add in snacks such as Peanut butter sandwich, or anything with high calories.

I don't know if this is an ok bulkin diet and would like some help from more experienced people.

I also want to squeeze another "actual meal" in there, any ideas? I really want to grow and I know I have to consume alot of food. Thoughts? Questions?
 
If that's what you call a bulking diet, we are in serious trouble.....you have NO carbs and very little fat buddy......cmon....do some research......
 
Add complex carbs to your bulking diet like potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, brown rice and wholewheat bread. Also, you need meat in order to bulk up efficiently. Chicken, beef, pork, turkey are all great sources of protein. Do not forget the all important healthy fats like olive oil, flaxseed oil, natural peanut butter and egg yolks!

Fats and carbs are certainly an area that could use some improvement. Maybe throw some red meat in there and bread/pasta if these are things that you wouldnt mind eating. Dont be afraid to eat some desserts too. This, of course, should be consumed in addition to your meals...not in place. Maybe you could try six meals a day with about 40 grams of protien at each. As a side note, why do yo mix your protien with water? Have you tried milk to get more protien and use a little bit less powder?
