@ 12 oclock i was starving and i remembered that there was 3 tbone steaks in the fridge from last night so i go up stairs heat them up!
then i got a potato broccoli and carrots cut them up put wm in foil and heated it up in the oven
so i had 3 tbone steaks a potatoe a bag of broccoli and baby carotts and a huge peanut butter and jelly sandwhich!!
i htink the cals were around 1300 protein was 75 fat 30 carbs 70
i love bulking in the summa!!!!!!
