What happens after you go off dbol?

Hi, Another n00b first cycle post for your enjoyment...

I am getting close to the last few days of my 4 week cycle of dbol, I am still on test till christmas... but what I was wondering about was any losses I might get after I go off the dbol.

I have gained almost 25 lbs in 4 weeks... which I think is amazing... I'll post some before/after pictures once I am done... even comparing myself to pictures taken in the summer I look very different.

I know that when on dbol you carry alot of water weight, so how much if any of the weight I have gained thus far will I loose?

pct planned? what consists of your diet?
 
well I plan to take clomid, now what I wasnt sure about was when to take it. Should I start once I am finished with dbol but still on test? Or wait until I am finished my entire cycle.

Maybe I didnt research enough or as clearly as I should have. I just sort of assumed to take it once I am done my entire cycle.

My diet consists of whatever I can eat...

No seriously... Breakfast is 4 eggs, oatmeal, milk or juice maybe some fruit.

I bring a bag of healthy snacks to school, plus lunch or a sub.

Post workout shake

supper can be chicken, rice. or pasta or anything else I feel like making I hate following a strict diet and eating the same things everyday.

I have another meal 2-3 hours after supper again usually chicken or pasta,

then another one before bed. plus milk, juice and various snacks through out the day.

It's all water you will lose it all.
 
Don't know when to start your PCT and don't really have your diet dialed in. Sounds like you should of perpared and researched a little more before you started. Not flamming you but could of perpared better.

He could've prepared, period. He needs more research.
 
If everything is under control, after your 4 weeks of dbol, test should start kicking in. The gains should continue of course with a lot of water retention. But you sound not too prepared so I guess all you are going to get is water gain and a few pounds of muscle. You'll loose everything after cycle if you don't know how to do during and after.
 
I couldn't agree more. There was no preperation here!
First.. you should have just used test for you first cycle. One compound.. see how you react.
Second.. you don't have your PCT planned out properly. HCG/Clomid. You should have that on hand before you start. You should know when and how to take both.
Third.. You probably gained 23 to 24lbs of water and fat.
Start studying the board. You are on it... use it. If you had prepared properly you would have been a lot happier come Xmas!!
 
Oh yeah... you can expect to keep about 3 to 4lbs from the dbol.. maybe more... it will not all be muscle either! Work on the diet...
We all make mistakes in the beginning. Learn from our mistakes... trust us when we talk. We are not here to keep you from catching up to us. If you listen to us you will probably surpass us!
 
Well since no one has actually answered your question about PCT, I'll chime in here. I'm assuming you are on either test enth or cyp right now correct? If so, start your clomid 2 weeks after your last shot of test. I don't see any need for HCG on a cycle like that. The only way I would consider it is if you experience a lot of testicle shrinkage over the next couple of months. As for clomid dosage, there are plenty of old posts about it.

OK this is what my "guy" or whatever you want to call him told me at first. That is what I wanted to hear. As for research... maybe I should have looked around here alot more instead of just mostly talking to my friends about it.

I suppose I can look around here for better diets while on, or maybe better diets period. I thought I hade a healthy enough diet but maybe not.

Is there any thing else I apperently missing, that I can hopefully correct?
