Ive always used a variation of Atkins to cut and now that Im trying 50 protein 30 carbs and 20 fat I can barely fit in thecarbs. Ive never eaten high in carbs. Im 193 at 8% so I should be getting in about 171 grams of carbs a day. I usually have oats for breakfast and whole wheat bread and pasta along with the simple sugars in my pw shake to get my carbs. Any other suggestions?
