For those bulking like myself, I often eat a peanut butter sandwich and whatever else I can find. I usually use this as my sixth meal of the day about 30 minutes before bedtime.

I always drink a cytosport shake before bed. The i bring a small shake with me to bed and when i wake up in the middle of the night to piss i drink it.
whats a good supplement for nighttime to stay anabolic during the night (i usually wake up at 4am or so for protien, and a few carrots of cottage cheese) what else should i get? thanks
You can get night time anabolic formulas but i guess a good dosage of whey, mixed with casein and some flax oil to slow down the digestion of the protein would do.
How about some whey mixed with cottage cheese with a spoon of Flax?
