Nonsense. First off, EVERYBODY sees their best gains on their first cycle. Second, the reason why untrained people may see better gains is because they started training. And third, expecting 20 pounds of lbm from a single cycle is unrealistic.
some what true it just coulda been worded better I know for a fact that after years of training and cycling you will never get as great gains as you did your first 2-3 cycles
yeah like nelson said the first time you juice people are usually way below their genetic potential so they gain a lot. the scale means nothing to me though, you want to gain a bunch of fat and water weight i can put you on a deca/dbol cycle and tell you to eat a crap load of carbs and do no cardio .. but is that what you want?
or do you want to gain maybe 3-5 pounds of quality muscle?
also the androgen receptors are clear so they react very fast and very well to AAS the first time. once you juice over and over the receptors learn to adapt.
