What do you think about my T4 schedule?

I am a little nervious about running T4. Therefore, please give sound advice. I really don't want to pay for someones dumb advice for the rest of my life!

Days 1-3 25mcg
Days 4-6 50mcg
Days 7-9 75mcg
Days 10-12 100mcg
Days 13-15 125mcg
Days 16-18 150mcg
Days 19-21 175mcg
Days 22-32 200mcg
Days 33-35 175mcg
Days 36-38 150mcg
Days 39-41 125mcg
Days 42-44 100mcg
Days 45-47 75mcg
Days 48-50 50mcg
Days 51-53 25mcg

Overview:

96 50mcg tablets, 10 solid days at 200mcg, and for just under 8 weeks
 
all i will say is that from all the research i did and from my own experience, the highest you need to go is 100mcg's per day. the 6 weeks is good i went 7 and with proper diet i lost 38 pounds. so that is what i would say. i went 25mcgx7days, 50mcgx7, 100mcgx7, 100mcgx7, 50mcgx7, 25mcgx7, 25mcgx7.

You were using T4 and not T3 right? Also, what kind of rebound effect did you have after getting off? Did you gain all 38lbs back?
 
your right i was using t3 not t4. also i didnt not gain it back at all when i lost it. i was able to stay right where i was but due to this past winter i did put some back on but it was my choice, i felt too small.
 
Don't bother. T4 is considerably weaker than T3 and those dosages won't do much in terms of fat loss. They will still supress your thyrod though. Why bother?

The whole T3/T4 things is so idiotic. It's used by competitors to get an extra edge prior to a contest. Why take the risk just to temporarily lose some weight? (Oh yeah, I forgot. It's not a risk...right.)

I agree with you this time. AND how about DNP?
 
Here's the thing! I am currently eating a lot cleaner then I use to. I have always had a little extra body fat. I am not overweight at all....I just have some stomach fat. I'm hoping by using T4 I can get a jump start on cutting the fat and have more muscle showing in the upper body. I know that T3 and T4 go great with juice. I can get free T4 now and I thought it would be safer. What is an effective dose for T4? I have already decided to give it ago. All I want is some good advice on using it correctly!
 
As thyroid cycles go this is pretty mild, for effective doses you can approximate the t-3 by dividing the dose of t4 by 4 since t4 converts to t3 at about 25%.

How about doubling my dose of T4 from what I have above?

I could go up to 400mcg a day which will be like taking in 100mcg of T3 a day. If this looks good, how would you guys recommend pyramiding up and back down again? 50mcg every 3 days?
 
I heard the cytomel isnt being produced now so some sources are just getting T4 as T3 prices have increased. Im still deciding which one to go for.
 
A friend just got his hands on 1000 tabs of the T4. A cycle is mine if I want them......why not? Does this cycle look OK if I go up to 400mcg? Someone..........please...............?
