Hey every one wanted your in put on my bulking cycle and diet!
Any info will help I just competed so I qualified for nationals not going to do it I'm not ready for that caliber yet

This would be my 4th cycle I really need to put on size

Test cyp-750mg/wk 22 weeks
Deca-600mg/wk 20 weeks
Dbol-50mg Ed 5weeks
Hgh-4iu 22 weeks Monday-Fri
Arimdex on hand if any issues pct I have figured out

Meal1.8oz ground beef 4 whole eggs 1 cup oats 4 enzekiel toast almon butter

Meal2.10oz steak 2 cups white rice 1 cup broccoli

Meal3.10oz steak 2 cups rice 1 cup broccoli

Meal4.mass gainer shake

Meal5.10oz chicken 10oz sweet potato 1 cup broccoli

Meal6.12oz talapia 2 cups brown rice 2 tbl spoon almon butter

Meal7.3 scoops casien shake 3 tbl almond butter


Cheat meal:Sunday in and out burger :)
 
I can post a pic of me to really kinda determin what should be done but not sure if it's allowed to post a pic of yourself in this thread?

Really what you need to be doing is making sure you're eating enough. I would say as long as you are eating around 3000-3200 calories per day you should be in good shape.

I got that number based on your height, weight, age, having a desk job.

Is what is listed above close to that number? If so you should be good to go, and congrats on qualifying for nationals.

I'm not sure how your metabolism is either so you may need to adjust accordingly...but I find (for ME) is that small adjustments here and there are key to see how your body adapts and responds....I usually adjust my diet no more than 50-100 cal per week based on progress and sometimes I feel like 100 cal might even be too aggressive
