i am 6 ft 200 lbs. 12% bf. i am starting my cutting cycle and i need some input on what i should keep in/out of my diet. fat, carbs, ext...and if any of you have any food combinations that fit my goal...
have you even glanced through any other posts on this forum? at the very least post up what you are eating, with calories of meals broken down, and people will at least critique
i have looked through numourus threads so i already have that info. i was was looking for specific meals that i could eat on a cutting cycle. if your going to be an ass than dont bother responding. you were obviously interested to find out what people had to say otherwise you wouldnt have opened the thread.

I eat a lot of pussy, taste like chicken, hopefully not fish........ J/k I eat a lot of chicken breasts, steaks, egg whites, protein shakes, RTD shakes, vegetables, rice, pasta, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and basically anything thats low in fat, high in protein, moderate carbs,

Actually, I opened this thread to post advice to you. If you truly looked through the other threads you would see countless numbers of diets posted up (with them already critiqued,) and thus should be able to compile one yourself.
To become unlazy is the lifestyle change that is needed
But I suppose being an asshole isn't always deserving, maybe I'm just depressed.
What I like to eat for breakfast would be something like this:
1.25cup of egg beaters
.75 cup of oats
1tsp olive oil
1tsp cinnamon
Then throw the above into a blender, and fry up a pretty good tasting pancake. You can throw some sugar free strawberry preserves or sugar free syrup on it too for added flavor..
Or..you could reduce to 1cup of egg beats 1/2 oats depending on calorie intake..
